- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Boeing’s EAP offers tools, webinars, educational
articles and assessments that can help you understand and learn strategies for managing stress. Boeing
employees and family members who call the EAP speak directly with a licensed mental health counselor,
and can use up to six confidential, virtual or in-person counseling sessions per issue per year for each

simple to find solutions. Boeing families must be registered with Bright Horizons to use this service.
- For longer-term needs: Enhanced Family Supports helps Boeing families find full-time
child care and provides free, unlimited basic background checks for babysitters, nannies, pet sitters,
