Boeing families have priority access to Bright Horizons centers nationwide. They also can take advantage of two Bright Horizons programs that help them find high-quality care, whether they’re looking for center-based or in-home care for children or adults.

  • For short-term needs: When regular care plans fall through, Back-Up Care makes it simple to find solutions. Boeing families must be registered with Bright Horizons to use this service.
  • For longer-term needs: Enhanced Family Supports helps Boeing families find full-time child care and provides free, unlimited basic background checks for babysitters, nannies, pet sitters, household help or elder care providers. The service can also connect families with discounted tutoring and test-prep services.

Our industry-leading Learning Together Program helps you enhance your skills — and learn new ones — at hundreds of accredited colleges and universities, online and across the globe. Eligibility begins the first day of the month after you are hired. If you are enrolled in eligible science, technology, engineering and mathematics degree and certificate courses, there is no annual limit on tuition assistance.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Boeing’s EAP offers tools, webinars, educational articles and assessments that can help you understand and learn strategies for managing stress. Boeing employees and family members who call the EAP speak directly with a licensed mental health counselor, and can use up to six confidential, virtual or in-person counseling sessions per issue per year for each covered individual. When you enroll in The Boeing Company 401(k) Retirement Plan, you can put your savings to work thanks to an industry-leading program. Boeing will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar on the first 10% of base and incentive pay that eligible nonunion employees contribute to their 401(k).
