Join the 5,500 Boeing participants that have taken advantage of this amazing benefit. Omada is a digital program that gives you and your covered spouse/domestic partner tools and support to stay on top of your health. Get support from a health coach, weekly lessons and tools to help you lose weight, manage a chronic condition such as diabetes, lower your disease risk and improve your overall health. You must meet certain health criteria to qualify for the program.

Boeing fitness centers are open 24/7 and some may also be available to your spouse/domestic partner and dependents age 16 to 26. You’ll find aerobic and strength training equipment to help you achieve your goals.

You also can join a yoga, strength or core class at your convenience. Most U.S.-based employees and their eligible family members, where applicable, will pay nothing to use these centers.

It typically takes multiple attempts to successfully quit tobacco. The key is to keep trying. Quit For Life connects you with a professional Quit Coach® to create a customized quit plan and offers free nicotine replacement to help you stop using tobacco. Employees and their covered family members are eligible to participate.

As part of the Fitness Program, you also have access to the mobile app and online resources to help you stay on track.

And you receive discounts on community fitness center memberships and exercise equipment.
