The program is available at no additional cost to Employees and non-Medicare-eligible retirees enrolled in a Boeing-sponsored medical plan option administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) and their non-Medicare-eligible spouses or domestic partners and dependents who also are enrolled in the employee’s or retiree’s Boeing-sponsored medical plan option.
Most Boeing fitness centers are open 24/7 and some may also be available to your spouse/domestic partner and dependents age 16 to 26. You’ll find aerobic and strength training equipment to help you achieve your goals.
You also can join a yoga, strength or core class at your convenience. Most U.S.-based employees and their eligible family members, where applicable, will pay nothing to use these centers.

You and your family members can join the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois Fitness Program, which offers discounts at a variety of gym networks to fit different budgets and preferences. You can choose one location close to home and one near work, or visit locations when traveling.
As part of the Fitness Program, you also have access to the mobile app and online resources to help you stay on track.
And you receive discounts on community fitness center memberships and exercise equipment.
