You have instant access to primary medical care through 98point6, which offers secure,
text-based diagnosis and treatment via a mobile app. If you’d rather talk to someone on the phone, try the
24/7 NurselineSM for quick access to a medical opinion. A
registered nurse can listen to your concerns and recommend whether you need further medical attention.
This service can help you understand your symptoms and avoid costly trips to urgent care or the emergency
room. You’ll find the number for the 24/7 Nurseline on the back of your medical plan ID card.
You also can take advantage of the Provider Search Tool, which recommends primary care,
urgent care or other providers based on their network and cost and quality ratings. If you retired in 2011
or after, you’ll find the tool by logging into Worklife, then clicking on My Total Rewards & Benefits in the
Quick Access box. If you retired before 2011, log in at digital.alight.com/boeing.
These programs are available only if you are not eligible for Medicare and are enrolled
