Our Gift Match Program provides up to $10,000 per year to support your personal contributions to eligible 501(c)(3) organizations and many public schools.

• If you volunteer: We’ll donate $100 to an eligible organization when you volunteer there for at least 10 hours.
• If you donate funds: We’ll match your contributions 100% when you donate at least $25 to an eligible organization. Payroll donations are not eligible for matching funds.
• If you’re part of a team volunteer activity: If at least five employees participate in a single volunteer activity together, we’ll donate $20 per hour per employee to the benefiting organization. Your site’s Boeing Global Engagement focal must approve the activity, and it must be registered in YourCause.

Simply request the match through YourCause, where you can record your hours, make a donation via credit card or upload a receipt from the organization.

Match requests are reviewed and approved monthly, so the matching funds might not be disbursed for several weeks.

YourCause includes a listing of eligible organizations. If your organization is not included there, you can request it be considered for the match.

Our employee community engagement portal, YourCause, includes opportunities for you to volunteer, either on your own or as part of a team.

You’ll help your organization in two ways: the time you’re helping them serve others, and the Boeing Gift Match Program, which donates $100 when you volunteer at least 10 hours with an eligible organization during a calendar year.

Throughout the year we offer ways that you can support your community through events at your worksite.

• Food & Essentials: Your donations help provide food and nutrition resources to underserved communities where you live and work.
• Liftoff for Learning: This drive includes opportunities to volunteer at back-to-school events, sign up to mentor youth or donate to organizations that support students.
• Spirit of the Holidays: Join with colleagues to help those in need find a little joy during the holidays. Funds raised through the campaign are used to provide gifts for thousands of low-income families, seniors, foster children and military families.

With each of these programs, you can contribute or sign up to volunteer through Boeing’s employee community engagement portal, YourCause. Keep an eye on your site communication for details on upcoming donation drives near you.
