Eligibility for certain Boeing-sponsored benefits covers all qualifying domestic partners of U.S. employees. These benefits include health, life and accident insurance programs. If you enroll your eligible domestic partner or domestic partner’s child(ren) in a Boeing health care plan, the premium attributable to company-provided coverage for your domestic partner or domestic partner’s child(ren) may be taxable income to you.

Certain features of Boeing retirement, relocation, employee discount and leave of absence benefits also include eligible domestic partners.

If a regular care arrangement falls through, eligible employees can find a back-up solution. Boeing subsidizes the cost, so you pay only a small copayment through Bright Horizons.

Boeing’s benefits also include access to Bright Horizons’ Enhanced Family Supports, which helps you find and screen babysitters, nannies, elder care givers or full-time child care providers.
