Earning a degree or professional certification doesn’t have to put you into debt. We’re proud to offer an industry-leading tuition assistance program that will help you achieve your educational goals.
Boeing’s Learning Together Program (LTP) helps you enhance your skills — and learn new ones — at hundreds of accredited colleges and universities.
- What’s covered: Boeing will pay tuition and eligible expenses toward individual courses, certificate programs and degrees. We’ll even cover part of the cost toward obtaining your pilot’s license and reimburse exam fees for select professional certifications.
- How it works: We’ll pay your institution directly, so you don’t have to pay out of pocket and then file for reimbursement.
- Annual limits: We’ll provide up to $25,000 per year for graduate degrees in many fields of study. There’s no annual limit if you enroll in eligible science, technology, engineering and mathematics degree and certificate courses at partner schools. Generous funding is also available for other fields of study.
- Eligibility: You’re eligible on your hire date and must meet certain hourly work requirements while enrolled.
Additional program features include:
- Flight incentives: Geared toward employees wanting to deepen their knowledge in aviation including: Commercial Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating, Aircraft Multi-Engine Land – AMEL, Airline Transport Pilot – ATP, Certified Flight Instructor – CFI, and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument – CFII.
- Education Coaching: One-on-one support, guidance and recommendations on academic, financial and program information as well as resources to support education goals.
- Career On-line High School: An online high school program where employees earn a full high school diploma (not GED) and be prepared to continue on to pursue a college degree.
- English Language Learning: A 6-month online program for employees who want to improve their English speaking, reading and writing skills with an easy-to-use format designed for success.

To help eligible U.S. employees support their children’s academic success — as well as their own — Boeing is expanding its family care benefits by offering company-paid tutoring for adult learners. The program will be offered through Bright Horizons, the same provider of the company’s existing child and elder back-up care services, as well as the existing tutoring program for children and adolescents from grades K-12.
Effective immediately, the tutoring benefit covers adult learners, including college students.
Boeing, in partnership with The National Merit Scholarship Corporation, annually awards scholarships for undergraduate education to employees’ dependents who meet eligibility requirements.
FUTURE U. offers hands-on learning experiences to help students in grades 6–12 embrace their potential to make an impact in STEM and innovate for the future.
